After a gas leak caused the gas company to shut off our gas, we reached out to Perez Plumbing in the afternoon to explain our problem. They promptly came over the next morning to inspect our home and conduct a leak test. They were able to locate the source of the leak and isolate it quickly to get our gas turned on. During that same pressure test they checked all of the gas valves in the house and replaced 2 that we didn’t even know were leaking. We were happy that they took extra steps to test our gas lines twice to ensure our gas system met the gas company’s standards. Gabriel was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were informed through the entire process. We’re grateful we chose Perez Plumbing for our problem

We called Perez Appliance and Plumbing Repair for a gas leak reported to us by the gas company. Gabriel arrived and immediately began a pressure test and found the leaks. He was honest enough to tell me that if he quoted all of the repairs it would have been too expensive and instead quoted the repipe at a fair price. The work was done ahead of schedule and got us back our gas faster than we thought! Gabriel is a very knowledgeable guy and will definitely call him for any repair in the future.

Perez Plumbing this is In response to your response on Gary’s review. How dare you say that you called us, wow that is so untrue. You didn’t call, you didn’t leave a voice-mail and we called you at 5:05pm to get an eta and you know you didn’t pick up or return the phone call. Bottom line is you no showed. Several of your reviews say you have a tendency of doing this and one of our neighbors said you did the same thing to them. Step up your level of professionalism. We drove home in traffic to meet you and waited around until we figured you weren’t coming uncool and so unprofessional Take care

Very disappointed in this company. Had an appt with them, Gabriel said put the appt between 3pm-5pm and never showed up. He also asked me to send pictures of my sink to him so he could see what the price would be and never called me back to let me know the price. Very disappointing because I left work early trying to make sure I was home for the appt
