Your driver tailgated me this morning because I was going the speed limit in a construction zone on the merging lane. Driver proceeded to cut me off only to speed aggressively. Driver continued switching lanes to cut off other people. Plate 68 324 Y

Flood control system I have no complaints. Service is also excellent. It’s only that I was quoted $123 less $25 for a total of $98 for check up of my flood control system but instead $128 less $5 for a total of $123. Initially I received a reminder notice regarding service check up of my flood control and the notice did say “$25 off your next plumbing service”. So I called confirmed the price and set an appointment. After the service I got billed differently. I called spoke to a female customer service and insisted that I was billed correctly and the discount doesn’t apply to flood control service checkup (Did know flood control is not part of plumbing). I did voiced out that was quoted for the service and it was very deceiving notice which she replied she will notify the President. Anyway I paid whatever they charge but next time I will want a official quote by email that this is the agreed charged. Have trusted them for more than 10 years and very disappointed and never expected they would changed. Could be management has change and this is the new Parks Plumbing. $25 bucks isn’t the .issue but the integrity.

Parks Plumbing and Sewer replaced my sewer main. The crew dug the hole by hand, replaced the broken pipe section, and restored all my landscaping exactly as it was before. Incredible crews, top notch service, and reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend these guys enough and will use them for all my future pluming needs.

We called to make an appointment for service due to flyer that came in mail & also my wife noticed that light on receptacle was flickering on & off & sign states call if lights goes out so we killed 2 birds with 1 call . We got lucky that they fit us in that week because technician came out & said that the sump had given out so they gave us estimate & had it replaced now I do know we had it replaced a few years ago but obviously warranty was up but curious how often do they go bad ? Other then that great service & curtious. Thanks for great & prompt service.
