I’ve used Castleberry before and was happy with their service. But, not this time. I scheduled an appointment deliberately out a week at 0800 because of my work schedule. I’ve had a clogged “primary” bathroom sink for over a week. The day of the scheduled appointment by 0830 no one had arrived. I called, no answer. I got a text that I would be called shortly. At 1030 still no arrival and no call. I had to be at work at 1100. I still have a clogged sink. Now looking for a new, more reliable plumber. If they can blow a customer off once, they will do it again. Keep looking. I gave one star and that’s only because I had to to post my review. They deserve none.

I was having an issue with my washing machine not draining properly and leaking water on the floor. I called and got an appointment for the following afternoon. An hour or so later, Castleberry’s called me saying they could arrive at my house in 20 or 30 minutes, if someone would be home. Same day service! Excellent! They resolved my issue in less than an hour. Explained the problem and the solution. I highly recommend Castleberry’s plumbing!

We have 1 bathroom and the plumbing was overflowing in the front yard. It was 9:30 at night and Castleberry answered the phone immediately. They had someone out within the hour and fixed our problem in 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough! So professional and so fast!! Very reasonably priced! Great local family owned business. Call them if you have any plumbing needs. You won’t regret it!!
