Came over and “fixed” my faucet by cleaning airator even though I told them that I cleaned it the day before. They then proceeded to pack up and leave, saying the job was done. But the faucet was exactly the way it was before they came.

This company was written in my mortgage closing contract of the home I purchased to swap over from well water to City water. A 60 day timeline was established with a scope of work and quote for transition. Initial contact (voicemail) was when I paid said city to install water meter. No response. 2nd contact (receptionist) was when I received call from the city letting me know install date. No call back. 3rd contact attempt (receptionist) was to let them know meter was installed and my 60 day due date was up within the week. No response. Last contact was to cancel all previous calls and terminate contract. Called in my own plumber to fulfill post closing obligations and they took the scope of work lined up in the previous quote / contractual obligations to find that the previous work they did for the PRE SALE of the home wasnt even completed. No wonder he wouldn’t get back with me. … He knew what they DIDNT DO and was paid for by previous owners….. Guess his conscious took hold. Don’t recommend. I’ve let the previous owners know what was paid for and not done. They’ll take action with the pics taken of what I’m left with in this place.

I do not recommend this plumbing company. I just needed a snake done to unclog a drain. The guy they sent out actually said he wasn’t good at doing this. He ended up busting the pipe and water went all over my basement so then he had to fix it. He kept saying thanks for understanding and this is my fault so you won’t have to pay for my mistake. He said this at least 4 times. Then at the end of it he tells me well I was wrong you will have to pay for it. My bill came to over $600. I did call and they dropped it to $490 but I still think that’s very high for a clogged drain. I was more mad I was lied to them anything. Then I find out they used to be Thompson plumbing and that explained a lot. That’s who did my original plumbing when I moved into my new house. They had to come back out over 4 times because my ejector pump kept backing up and flooding my basement. The last time they came out they finally looked in it and there was a piece of wood that was causing it the whole time. So plenty of water damage from them on both occasions. If I’d have known they used to Thompson I’d have never called them. Live and learn but don’t recommend.
