I cannot recommend these guys enough. They have been to our home for emergency projects the same day and been prompt and great communicators when scheduling service for later in the week. They’re so knowledgeable and very respectful in their way of explaining the problem to someone with no plumbing experience! I believe we’ve had 3 or 4 different people out to our house at various times and each experience has been very positive. They take pride in their work and won’t call it closed until the problem is 100% complete! We have no reason to ever find another plumber. Definitely give Shelby Plumbing Co a call for all of your plumbing projects!

Suppose to come out for appointment at 11:30am. Didn’t come, didn’t call, didn’t respond to text…nothing. absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing to run a business like that. Never again…

I reached out to Shelby Plumbing to get a second bid on a plumbing overhaul I was doing at my house. Calvin, the owner of the company…answers the call personally. He comes over for a look around and to hear my complaint later that afternoon. He asks to return the next day with camera technology and the ability to do that really reveals alot of the problem that I had. His bid came in lower. His work is flawless. He comes as promised with a crew of professionals who are respectful and kept me posted of problems or changes or options all along the way. In the end, my job was completed under his original bid. Because if along the way he found that something didn’t need to be done, like chipping up the floor of the basement….he didn’t chip up the floor. I highly recommend this company for any big or small job.

Calvin and his team did a great job fixing and updating the plumbing in my whole home. They arrived when they said they would and did not leave a mess. They were very professional and the quality of work is outstanding.

Calvin, Lenny and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. I cannot say enough great things about this company. They did what they said they would do and then some. Calvin informed me of everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend Shelby Plumbing Company! They were very reasonable, honest, straight forward and hard working.
