Great option for AACounty backflow prevention testing! Brian was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the unique idiosyncrasies of my plumbing and irrigation systems. I’ll be sure to use B&C for future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, they do not do well in emergencies. My 89 year old father had one of the plumbers come out earlier in the day. The water needed to be turned off for an installation and repair. After the water was turned back on, the ground floor toilet tank (which was not part of the installation and repair) would not fill up. Contacted the company and the plumber called my father. My father explained the exceptional situation vis-à-vis his 88 year old wife with dementia who is limited to her bed and can only use the ground floor toilet hence very problematic. There was no understanding.The plumber was not willing to help considering the exceptional situation.

Called in the morning and spoke with Brain. Kyle arrived by 2 the same day. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. Great company, both Brian and Kyle made things easy.

Great working with them! Kyle was very knowledgeable and his work was very clean and professional. I’ll definitely be using them for the annual inspections (they installed an RPZ for my irrigation system)

Great first experience with Brian and his team. They replaced shower hardware, swapped out a toilet, and even got us parts for free on a faulty pull out hose for the kitchen sink that had a lifetime warranty we didn’t know about. Will definitely use them for future business.
