I texted Skagit Plumbing to inquire about having multiple things fixed/replaced at our home. I received a text back within a few minutes. They had a guy available to come take a look that same morning. Isaiah showed up within an hour. He was very knowledgable and good about explaining the process and what to expect. We scheduled to have the work done 3 days later. It could have been done sooner but my schedule didn’t allow it. Isaiah and Austin showed up on the scheduled day on time and prepared with all the parts they needed. They were both very professional, respectful, and have great personalities. We’re happy with the quality of work they did as well as the quality of the parts they used. We couldn’t have asked for two better guys to do the job! We’ll definitely recommend Skagit Plumbing to others.

Skagit Plumbing was nothing short of awesome! They removed a leaking under-sink water heater and replaced our outdated point-of-use hot water heater. Hot water is blazing fast now. I wish we had done this update years ago. Great experience from start to finish with the office (Mark) and crew (Terry & Evan). Excellent communication, easy scheduling, and clear options (advantages and disadvantages). Just 5-star service from start to finish. Thank you!

On the 4th of July I step outside to go to the store and see water pouring out from under my garage door. I opened my garage to a homeowner’s nightmare. Water spraying everywhere with such force it was blasting into the ceiling. I couldn’t shut it off because the main shut off valve had failed! Thankfully Austin and Terry from Skagit Plumbing arrived in less than 10 minutes. Within an hour, everything was fixed and working perfectly. I am super grateful, they did an outstanding job!

Isaiah did a wonderful job, and he is easily one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I definitely recommend him to anyone! I will admit, the price was a bit steeper than I was anticipating, but I appreciate the quality of work and the quick availability nonetheless.

I recently contacted Skagit Plumbing to look at my potential sewer backup. I texted them Friday at 430 and was immediately contacted to see if Monday would work. Terry and Evan came out first thing Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday to finalize the job. I really can’t say how happy I was with their work, expertise, and they way they kept at it until the issue was resolved. This included spending a full day digging and working in some nasty stuff!! Terry was great at communicating and keeping me apprised of what was going on as well as a complete professional. Evan was knowledgeable even though new to the service side of the business and always had a suggestion and the energy to see the job through. All along the way the communication with the office and the field guys was awesome. Will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs!!
