Fantastic experience. Initially got evaluations from two other plumbing companies about low water pressure in our house, both of whom misdiagnosed the issue. One of them was Beacon, who tried to upsell us, suggesting we re-pipe our entire house. Prima was super helpful and experienced, clearly knew what they were doing, correctly diagnosed the issue, and completed the job for 1/10th the price that Beacon had suggested. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I have had Prima out to our house on 2 occasion’s for some plumbing fixes and they have been great. Timely, fair pricing, considerate employees, and quality work. I would recommend them for any home plumbing needs.

Two plumbers assessed whether we needed a new sewer pipe in the basement. We did and they cut out the old and put in a replacement. Quick and good!

The people at prima have been my go to for almost 20 years…they are friendly, efficient and excellent. They have resolved all my issues from installing new tankless…to fixing plumbing issues of all kinds water breaks dishwasher installs you name it. They are the best!

The Bell-McDonald Family had a great experience with Prima Plumbing. All the way from front office response to final touches of installation of a tankless water heater. It was a bit out of the ordinary as we needed modification for propane on a small houseboat, but Jake & Wayne did a fabulous job. Efficient, personable, flexible, and professional! Finished everything well before time estimate and so clean we hardly knew they had been there. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat for any plumbing needs! Cannot express how wonderful a hot shower was after months of cold water and overpriced and unresponsive plumbers who said they were available…

Called to have a toilet replaced at one of my businesses. The guy who helped me was friendly, but misquoted the cost. Initial cost was $700, then he called back to say it was closer to $900, then I get an email from someone else, Greta, saying the cost is now $1100 without tax. No explanation. When I initially called, they booked an appt for me the next day. They didn’t show up so I call them to check on the status. The lady who answered was extremely rude and said she thought my appt wasn’t until Monday. I tried explaining to her that my appt was for today, but she cut me off before I could explain. No apology, nothing. Just rude attitude. I cancelled the appt and she said “good!” So much for customer service! Never using this place.
