Excellent service, booked through Lows with purchase of low profile toilet, took a while to get an appointment but Sharon, on the phone was an angel prioritizing my project! Service personnel were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, did a great job. Would definitely recommend

Bootz Plumbing provided one of the worst customer services experiences of my life! We lost 2 months on our bathroom remodel because of them. They had quoted us a very low price for moving a bathtub drain and building a shower drain for our bathroom remodel which is why we decided to use them, big mistake! First we needed them to accept a permit invite from our contractor and it took weeks for them to call me back after I called them everyday and sent multiple emails. Then when we finally were ready to be scheduled they again took weeks to call me back all while our job sat on hold because of them. Everyday when I called they would say that Kim (the only person who apparently can schedule the job) would call me back that day and she never did. When they finally scheduled to come out they never showed up!!!! When I called they said they were working on a big job that ran late and would come the next day, this stretched out to another week. When I called to complain she said we have bigger jobs that are worth $35,000 that are more important. I don’t understand why they accepted our job in the first place if they didn’t feel it was big enough to be worth there time. After wasting 2 months with them, I finally made a smart decision to hire another plumber and the work got done smoothly without all the headache, anxiety and hassle that they caused me. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

They only got 1 star because i couldnt give a negative number! They cost me thousands! They held up my job for months and never ever came back! What they did do has to be redone by a different plumber because they missed the walls entirely with there pipes. They lied repeatedly and said they would be back to fix it tuesday-saturday- any day- and never ever came back costing me to pay another plumber finally a few thousand dollars more to fix there mess worst experience EVER with a plumbing company very unprofessional terrible service.

This company is wonderful! We’re have been using them for years. Once when they couldn’t come, they got another company too come. Another time, there was no charge because he just explained what we needed to do. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Previously had a good experience with this company. Last experience with office staff extremely unsatisfactory. Office staff said that they needed a 4 hour window from 11 to 3 on 1/14/2020 and they would call me with 30 minute notice. Waited by my phone all day and never received a call. Also they did not return the 3 calls I made to them at 2, 3 and 5pm. Will not be using them again.

What a great company! I bought a Kohler toilet from them 2 years ago and they installed it. I had a problem with it recently (it wouldn’t stop running) and called them to come service it. When they came and fixed it, after they were done I asked them for the bill so that I could write them a check. Mr. Bootz said that all he had to do was to make an adjustment on it so there was no charge! Wow – impressive for sure!

Bootz replaced both of our toilets, arranged through Lowe’s. Wyatt did a great job on the installation: the toilets are level and solidly seated (which their predecessors were not!), he came on time, was quick and efficient even while patiently answering all my amateur questions. But what really demonstrated Bootz’ commitment to customer care was that when a leak developed after the install, they came straight away to fix it. Even when it became clear the leak had nothing to do with the install, Wyatt kept working diligently and methodically to determine the source, and when he figured it out, fixed that too. Further, Wyatt went the extra mile to make sure any damage to the unit below us was remediated, which helped smoothe over a very embarrassing situation. I can’t imagine Bootz made any profit on that install; nevertheless we are very grateful for Wyatt’s dedication and skill and insisted on Bootz when we replaced the second toilet. We would not hesitate to use Bootz for any plumbing work, and give them our highest recommendation.
