Rotorooter is an absolute blessing to Santa fe NM. We had a slow block in our condo’s kitchen sink. Rotorooter responded quickly and the two young men they sent were courteous, kind and knowledgable and quickly tackled the problem which was in the building’s drain system. They cleaned up after themselves and I’m extremely grateful to the company for their quick service. I would recommend them to anyone who has an emergency plumbing problem here. 5 stars!!

Santiago y Israel did everything that needed to be done with fixing and exchanging appliances and broken sink disposal in my home, including discarding the old appliance and cleaning up. It was efficient and they were great to work with, thank you

I wouldn’t even give this business 1 star. They are terrible called and scheduled an appointment. We called the day of the appointment and they said we weren’t on the schedule so again scheduled the appointment for the next day…we called to confirm we were on the schedule they said yes…well waited again all day just to call them again to find out we weren’t on the schedule…the person I guess her name is Aurelia was the person who answered the phone said we are on the schedule for the next morning. Very bad customer service these people don’t care about you just about themselves. I warn you do not go to these people. They don’t even show up!

Bait and switch: Needed a clogged sewer line cleaned over the weekend at one of my rentals. Roto-Rooter quoted a price, which we agreed to, but when the tech arrived he had my tenants sign an estimate that was more than $100 higher than what was originally quoted. The tenants signed the estimate, not realizing Roto-Rooter had inflated the quote by more than $100. Consumer beware!
