The service was fine but the pricing was off putting. They have pre set pricing for each job, I assume they price bases on the max time, but if the job actually takes the min time, you still pay full price. The guy asked a few questions and knew the issue was not deeper into the pipes so he knew it most likely would only take a short time. But still paid fully price for 30 min of work. They really should adjust the price after the work is done to a reasonable price.

We had very good experience with Mr. Rooter when we had a leaking bathroom faucet on a sunday. The receptionist was readily available answering phones, the technician – Alan – was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, and left detailed instructions because the parts need to be ordered. Even though the problem is not fixed, but we really appreciate their good service!

I would give 10 stars if i could. I called in a panic due to a broken water heater. Michele so kindly set a same day appointment. I met Will who greeted me with a sincere smile and Will was so kind and went above and beyond in my eyes to assure we would get the water heater replaced the very next day. Keep in mind he came later in the afternoon to put my mind at ease. Will is outstanding and did a fabulous job. He was an angel as well as the entire team. We’ve been customers for years This is why i highly recommend Will and Mr. Rooter. They truly saved us at a time of panic. Thank you Will who again went above and beyond and was just amazing. He even took time to talk with my little granddaughter and he made her day as well as my entire family. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. So grateful and such a happy customer. Thank You Will and the Team !!!
