I am a GC always looking for professional sub-contractors in the residential sector, because they are extremely hard to find. So far, Gomez Plumbing has been the most professional I have encountered. They actually had someone come by the jobsite and check their technicians work without me asking. Then they had them come back to do some slight corrections. The office is actually responsive! The best plumbers I’ve used so far!

I called Gomez Plumbing after having a toilet running water the whole weekend. They came the same day, even called me for an earlier appt due to a cancelation. The employee was very respectful and polite and did his work. This is my “go to” plumbing company now. Highly recommend them.

I wish we received a detailed written scope of work to prevent confusion and miscommunication on billing, rates, how many people it would take to do the work, how many days, how many visits, estimated maximum costs, the addition of new people to participate in the work which increases fees, etc. Get everything in writing as detailed as possible before any work is performed . I tried to get clarity on billing and received this feedback: “We have the right to move forward with lein at any point if we feel we will not be paid. “

Extreme waste of time and money!! Will not be using again!! Plumber arrival time was between 11am-12pm. At 12:45 with no one in sight, I called for an update. I was then told the plumber said he was around the corner and will be here in 15 minutes max. Plumber still did not show up for another hour and a half, arriving at 2:30, an overall TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. Job ended up taking 2 days and an extra worker for help, due to first plumbers mistakes, and was still was not finished correctly. Shower size was made 3 inches smaller than what we wanted and smaller than a standard shower size, along with the sink drains also being incorrectly measured and moved in the wall. When calling to bring up these concerns, we were then told that WE would be responsible for paying for THE PLUMBERS OWN MISTAKES, so he could come back and attempt to fix it… Overall a terrible experience, that hurt us more than it helped us.

Christian, Haley and the team did an excellent job on a new construction project we worked together on. They were willing to step in and take over after a different plumber did poor quality work during the first rough in. The Gomez team addressed all issues from the first rough, and completed the second rough in with great attention to detail. A few months later Christian, Robert, and Travis wrapped up the final trim, including several non-standard fixtures they managed to install without any issues. Scheduling was a bit tricky at times, but with a project of this size, it’s understandable that there may be some challenges along the way with scheduling. Certainly not a dealbreaker. Overall, couldn’t be more pleased with the finished result, would definitely trust the Gomez team with any future new construction or repairs!
