Water heater went out and Better Priced was at my house very quickly after the call. They offered to fix the same night, but I opted for the next morning because they gave me the option. Amazing service and pricing, and shared great information with me. Will recommend to anyone inquiring.

I’ve hired them a few times, and one of the projects involved installing a new water heater and water softener. Ben was the person I interacted with and who did the plumbing work in my home. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job, showed respect for my property, and is someone I trust to be in my home. Our water heater broke and flooded the basement. We were in full panic mode! I called Better Priced and I had a plumber at my house and replacing my water heater an hour later! The older guy, I think his name was Andrew really knows his craft. Fast, friendly and the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.
