We needed to replace our old jacuzzi bathtub and shower and our plumber referred us to Wallace Plumbing. Mark Wallace, the owner showed up and gave us an estimated cost and time to complete the project -we elected to have a 34×60 walk-in shower insert; we agreed with it, we also agreed to paint the walls ourselves. They completed the job in five days, and we were very happy with the results. Mark job was very professional, clean, honest, and we loved that he stuck to the budget! We highly recommend him and his crew.

DO NOT USE this company ! I purchased a new Miele dishwasher and needed it installed and Wallace Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor. Jordan came and did the install along with replacing a disposal and fixing some piping issues. He was fantastic – knowledgeable, detailed and very professional. I called Jordan again when I had a water heater pump that wasn’t working and he recommended replacing. He put in the new heater but i the hot water lasted only 5 to 8 minutes. His father, Mark returned and said it was a recirculating pump issue and said it would cost more money and that Jordan hadn’t charged me enough money so I paid more and the heater still wasn’t working. He wouldn’t come back after I told him it was not working and he said that he had spent enough time at my house and wouldn’t return. I know that the water heater has a warranty but Wallace plumbing would not respond. I said I wanted to speak to Jordan and they would not give him my message. DO NOT USE this company!!’ I grew up in Cayucos , my mother’s family are from this area and I am shocked at how unethical this family operation is. My 90 year old mother has no hot water after spending almost $4,000.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys/company. They have great response time, do quality, professional, clean work. Always have a good, friendly attitude. I’ve used them for my personal houses and with my own clients. I highly recommend them.

Very nice and professional crew that worked quickly and cleanly. They were reasonably priced, were able to come out same day, and arrived within their time window (which was a very reasonable two hour window). UPDATE: I had Jordan and his crew out again to replace my water heater because of the great service they provided previously. Jordan is very responsive, easily reachable, and incredibly patient and understanding. I had a bunch of questions about upgrading to tankless and he gave reasonable advice without all the upsell. Working with Jordan is like working with that good friend you go to for advice. Wish I could give two five stars! Thanks Jordan and crew!

Wonderful experience with Wallace plumbing. They repiped my house and replaced my old leaking water heater. Jordan and his crew were very professional, timely friendly and hard workers. Jordan gave me several repiping options. Price was same as the estimate and reasonable.

These guys are fantastic- we are repeat customers and when our water heater went out (during the big storm) they were there after 5 pm with a new one. Highly recommend!
