Dear GoGo Rooter Team, I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service I received from your company. Recently, I encountered a significant issue with my garbage disposal. Due to a missing screw, the disposal unit fell, leaving a hole in my sink and causing a flood on the kitchen floor. This rendered my kitchen sink unusable. Despite reaching out to several contractors and explaining my predicament, none were willing to help, citing busy schedules. I assume this simple job did not promise substantial profit for them. However, when I contacted GoGo Rooter and explained my problem, which was an absolute disaster for an old single woman like me, the manager immediately sent a technician. Ricky, your technician, arrived promptly. Although he did not have the specific screw needed, he saw my distress and frustration. Without hesitation, he rushed to Home Depot and returned with the necessary screw. Within minutes, he had the disposal installed and functioning perfectly. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to Ricky and the entire GoGo Rooter team. Ricky, you not only performed your job mechanically well but also showed empathy and dedication to helping someone in need. Victor was great! I completely recommend him, he went above and beyond for my aunt who is a senior citizen. Very honest and trustworthy. Job was through and well done. He was helpful with answering all my Aunts question, very patient. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. He needs a raise!

Had a hot water pipe rust through and leaking in the crawl space. Called and Victor showed up, assessed the work and gave us a quote. The crawl space under the house has minimal clearance and was muddy from the leak. He was extremely professional and hardworking the entire time he was here, despite the conditions.
