Jasper from By the Book Plumbing was extremely helpful, quickly fixed the problem, did a thorough inspection and found all issues with my unit that needed to be addressed. Just had an outstanding experience with By The Book Plumbing! After a major sewer breakage at our newly purchased home in San Diego their team was incredibly responsive and efficient. They provided multiple repair options, and we went with the third one which included a new water heater, complete sewer system overhaul, re-piping, and drywall repairs. Everything was completed faster than we expected, and we were able to move back into our home ASAP. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Leon and his crew were courteous and clean. I highly recommend anyone needing professional plumbing services to use By The Book Plumbing.

I called them to get my Kitchen Sink fixed they heard my problem and made an appointment for the next day The sent Leon to fix it and he’s professional through and through. Explained everything that was wrong with my sink and told me how to avoid clogging them again and how to keep them running for long the service was excellent And the prices were reasonable as well and it was fast as hell

Stan noticed exhaust venting disconnected on heating inspection and may have saved my life from carbon monoxide poisoning. They had the four-inch vent tubing on the truck.

Truly a professional service that I was given. They were very accommodating and rapid with their response and maintenance. Stan Smith was the serviceman that saw to our issue. Truly a nice person with the best of social skills. Friendly and gracious. Beyond the personal aspects of Stan however, his work was methodical and he took care to explain it along the way. Having an expert carry the nonexpert (customer) through the process was comforting and reassuring that all was done well and right. It seems hard these days to find a company who deserves loyalty, but I’m pretty comfortable keeping these guys at the top of my list.

Stan the Man did a quick and excellent job replacing my kitchen sink pipes, a bathroom valve, and my washer valves and hoses. I was working from home and didn’t even notice his quiet and diligent work.

Great service. They did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel by taking out the old tub, re-routing the drain pipe, and installing the shower base. Good pricing, would definitely use this company again.
