Steven was an excellent technician and very nice gentleman. He explained everything clearly and did good work for us, on the 4th of July no less. I will be going back to Plumbing Tree for future jobs and requesting Steven.

They tried to rip me off but I’m smarter than that! I should have read their most recent reviews first (which are all about people being massively overcharged) as it looks all good from surface level but I paid $79 for them to come out and inspect the place and was completely taken aback when they wanted to charge me $1,500 for a basic bathroom faucet and installation. I know businesses need to make money/profit, but the faucet they were trying to sell me, regardless of lifetime warranty, had to have been marked up 5X at least. I did a Google search of the one they were trying to sell me (which they wouldn’t share the name/model of so I could try and buy on my own), but looks similar to ones sold at Walmart for $100ish bucks and they were trying to offer it to me for $600 when packaged together with their installation fee which was double the cost of another plumber’s installation fee I found who did a great job in just an hour and half! I understand if they want to make a bit of commission/markup from retail on products they provide, but they’re marking that up probably more than the manufacturer did! To make matters worse, I emailed them the day of the quote to see if they could make sure the bathroom faucet that I was looking to buy on my own had the specifics that the plumber mentioned (as my car had been broken down and couldn’t go to a store to ask someone there) and heard crickets until a few days later when they wanted to follow up for their install – in which I told them I found a much better/reasonably priced plumber and finally fixed my car so I could go to a store and get advice from a helpful person at Home Depot. I bought a good premium brand Moen Faucet and reasonably priced faucet installation for a total of $600 and saved about $900! Stay away!!!

FAN. TAS. TIC. I had a root grow into my ancient cast iron main line. First plumber I spoke to said I had to rip up my entire driveway and replace the whole thing. What did Plumbing Tree advise? Great question I would love to tell you. They recommended cutting down to the problem, removing the broken section, advised putting in a clean out since I did not have one on that side of the property, and concreting that bad boy back together. I am not one to recommend on pricing alone, but it was 1/10 OF THE PRICE of the original guy. SOFT SKILLS SECTION: Professional? Check Knowledgeable? Check “No way they were on time though, right Travis?” THEY WERE ON TIME READER! THEY WERE ON TIME! Stop reading. Call them. Get back to your life while people you trust get the work done.

We called The Plumbing Tree to help us with a leak in our bathroom faucet. The office staff was very friendly and got us someone to come out and help in the same day. Angel and Jesse helped fix the problem and they were very helpful and super nice! Also the owner, Freddy was very easy to talk to and made us feel very taken care of! I am a Christian and loved that the vans have a bible verse on the back. The fact that The Plumbing Tree is a Christian company is very important to me and not something you see often and I really appreciate that a lot in a pluming company! I will be referring my friends and family to use The Plumbing Trees services.

Had a fantastic experience working with Jessie and Angel. We had a pump failure and within 30 minutes of arriving we had a fixed issue and an improved sink setup. They’re fast, efficient, and very kind people I would recommend anyone to Plumbing Tree in a heartbeat for practically any plumbing need you might have.

I used this service last year it’s pretty good, however I used today and they’re trying to charge me 290+ for just a broken handle for a normal toilet. Price is pretty unrealistic, after they talked to manager they reduced the cost to $180. But I hope they can be reasonable on the price at the first time. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but have to second this one. Service is okay but be cautious you could pay over the market price for the service.

I hired Plumbing Tree to install my water filtration system for my apartment and they did an amazing job. Gilbert my technician was professional and very knowledgeable when it came to installing water filtration systems. I highly recommend!

They came out and quoted $2,600 to replace a water heater. They would not offer a breakdown of the pricing and said it was a flat rate. I had another plumber come out and do it for $480. Highway robbery.

My experience with Plumbing tree is awesome. I have worked with them in multiple projects and they really know what they are doing. Edwin Aguilar was very helpful and he didn’t leave until he totally make sure everything is working properly. Definitely I highly recommend them.
