Complete rip-off. My HOA has a deal with this company and I was billed about $700 for the plumber to look up at the pipe from the basement and shine a light on it to say water is coming down there and to use a moisture reader on my closet wall. All of which took a total of 20 minutes. Stay away as much as you can.

Had them come out a second time to snake a sink drain that I simple couldn’t get to drain. Employee came over to snake but after 15 minutes couldn’t clear the line. Proceeded to go under the house and take a couple pictures of the pipes and then charged $200.00 and for what? Usually company’s don’t charge if they can’t unclog the drain so I ended up paying 200.00 for them to take a couple of pictures. Went back to the bathroom later to find it covered in black sludge from the sink all on the cabinets, floor, sink, door, and walls and this bathroom was just remodeled. Overall very unprofessional in the end. Be aware.

I reached out to Ascend Plumbing on a Friday afternoon. They were so helpful. Our water heater was replaced the next morning. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I called and Nick arrived within an hour. He solved the problem (leak at base of toilet) and explained what caused the leak. Everyone was professional, prompt and informative. Very good value for the price. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Over billed me and didn’t fix issues. I recommend Michael Tschasar he is affordable and reliable and was able to fix the issues. Update: Ascend alleges I was not a legitimate customer, and the owner actually called me to have the post removed. I can show you my three over charged bills to prove otherwise LOL anyways, who has the time! Good luck if you end up using them 👍🏽
