Met with the owner Alex and secretary Miranda for a job interview recently. Alex asked extremely personal questions for a job interview in a public area of a shared office space. I think he had great, challenging questions. It’s just that most of the questions were personal and really important and I feel like I didn’t get the opportunity I deserved to answer them properly because of the following. I felt very uncomfortable as the interview was located in a shared office space in the middle of the room where anyone passing by could hear our conversation. I noticed eyes prying and people look our way to listen in on the conversation we were having. You would’ve thought they were watching a TV show the way people were turning their heads to listen in every single time he finished asking a question and I began to respond. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable during a job interview but this one definitely was uncomfortable in every right. Wasted my time and embarrassed me by asking extremely personal questions while people walking by or working in the surrounding offices, with doors open; listened on like it was a public conversation.

What a great experience from the initial call with Miranda to the service from Josh. Miranda called to let me know they could come earlier then expected and then texted with a photo of the plumber when he was on his way. Josh showed me all the cost up front and I signed the estimate before beginning the work. Even though he upgraded my appliance, I still only paid the estimated cost. He was very pleasant and explained what had happened and why. Brother’s Plumbing has been the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They will definitely be my go to for plumbing from now on.

I called for an second opinion about my hot water heater after I was quoted a ridiculous high price from another local business. The appointment was easy, they were super nice when I called. The day came for Brothers Plumbing to come by the house and they sent a text to let me know they were headed to the house, they were on time and super nice. They looked at my hot water heater and gave me options and prices. Absolutely no pressure. Long story short, they changed out my hot water heater and they were fast! Super fast. Very professional. I really appreciated that. Oh and the pricing was much more reasonable than what the other business gave me as an estimate. I’m glad I called. Thanks, Tyler!
