Had a confirmed work order for Tuesday between 4 PM and 7 PM no one called no one showed up I had to call the next day and reschedule the appointment for Wednesday was scheduled between 10 and 1 PM. Technician called at 1 o’clock stating that they were 45 minutes away so obviously contacted outside the window of when they were supposed to be there. No call no show the first time late. Call the second time and I was told that the service fee was $99 and now they’re invoicing 180 if you want a pluming company to waste your time then I would choose these folks

Great customer service, quality work, and quick response time! I called Sheffield Plumbing based on the number of positive reviews. They live up to their reputation. When I called in with my problem (water pouring out of the kitchen drain piping in the wall) The scheduler was friendly and helpful. The plumber arrived just a few hours later. He was pleasant, explained everything clearly and provided an estimate right away. He did a great job. Thanks!

5 star service! The plumber was very responsible and extremely nice. Was in and out and cleaned up the area he worked in. Made sure multiple times that everything was working correctly before leaving. 100% recommended, 5 stars all the way.

Highly recommend this business. We had a pipe burst in our basement this morning and we called Craftsman based on a recommendation from a friend. Alex arrived within 30 minutes and was super helpful explaining what happened, what he was going to do to fix it, and how much it would cost.

Sheffield Plumbing crew came out this morning to perform our semi-annual maintenance check up. Their technician was right on time, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very happy with the services provided by Sheffield Plumbing.

I contacted them to have two of my sinks plumbing connected and they sold me their membership for $150 which was supposed to give me 10% off on parts and no service call fee. Then their plumber came and charged me $400!! To connect my kitchen sink and bathroom for here for less than 2 hours. On top of that he messed up my dishwasher and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. Had to call my insurance and had a tech come and said that it was not working because the tube that the plumber use was way too long and the water could not flow properly. The tech cut it and it started to work fine but of course had to pay my insurance $100 to come. In total they cost me $650 to connect 2 sinks. Called and the supervisor never called me back! Stay away they are a rip off!

I called Sheffield Plumbing today and the plumber who came was amazing, on time and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was very honest and his charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

he said to come out there is a service fee of $120 i then said yes thats fine, he then said please hold on. then came back after 3 minutes sais, my mistake sir our service fee is $350 im like ohh hell no. hang up. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, WILL ROB YOU.

Sheffield Plumbing recently completed a re-pipe at our residential home. They mobilized within 24 hours and completed the job within two days like they said they would. The techs performing the work were professional and courteous. The owner, checked on the job both days to ensure everything was going well. If, during the installation, something could be done multiple ways, the techs explained the different options and let me select the method I preferred instead of making the decision for me. I would recommend Sheffield Plumbing company for any plumbing work.
