Had an issue with the service i received. I expressed my feedback to the owner and he was kind enough to make things right by offering a refund. The service was very professional, plumber was kind and seemed to genuinely care. I would recommend Elite plumbing for my future needs, even though i had a service issue, they fixed my problem and got me on my way.

As an “elderly couple” new to the area of Richmond/Berea, we had a licensed inspector check out the property we were looking to buy. Although the house was “fluffed and buffed” the inspector suggested we have a qualified, licensed plumber check out plumbing issues, non-working sump pumps, unsafe electrical pump connections, wet spots in the yard, and the sewage stink in the back yard . Based on a trusted recommendation, we engaged Elite Performance Plumbing to check out the issues. Jacob, from Elite, gave us an excellent report of what NEEDED to be done and and gave us options. We have used Elite performance plumbing 3 times now and each time we called they were so polite and fast in coming to our house to fix our kitchen sink and water heater. They were polite when they arrived and showed us what was wrong and how they fixed it. They are incredibly professional and they guarantee their craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be sticking with them.

Had a water leak under our house . Called elite plumbing. Jacob came out same day I called . He found the leak came back on Monday fixed the leak . I will not call anyone else for my plumbing needs . Thanks for everything
