We had standing water from our septic tank. Manfredo of AA Septic came on a Saturday to pump the tank. He discussed the possibility of other issues and explained that if it continues to be wet, he would have to do further work. As it turned out, there were other issues. AA Septic returned and found several issues with the lateral lines. They were able to repair the lateral lines and do a work over of our septic. I found Manfredo and Scott to be personable and professional. They didn’t do any work that was not required. I was extremely happy with the price. I highly recommend AA Septic. I will use the. Again when needed. Thank you for a great job.

I’m so very thankful for the help from A&A Sanitation. I am fairly skeptical of tradesmen when help is needed because of some bad experiences I have had, however, I give each one a fair chance. I called the office of A&A on the Friday following Thanksgiving because our entire septic system was backed up. While they were technically closed, someone showed up at the office for other reasons, heard my message, and called me back. Long story short, she made a call and the owner was out at my house clearing my septic line shortly thereafter. He helped my family be able to return to enjoying the long holiday weekend in the comfort of our own home instead of finding somewhere else to stay. Other companies either weren’t open or had no one available all weekend. It was truly a blessing to have someone care about others so much that he helped when he definitely didn’t have to. The best part is because he did such high quality work while he was here, I built such a level of trust to say we are customers for life. You won’t find a better company for the services A&A Sanitation provides.

We purchased a house and weren’t given any information about the maintenance, or even the size, of the septic system. The technician that was sent out, Anthony Smith, was beyond helpful. In addition to doing the work of pumping the system, he also provided insight into maintenance and some things we could do to make dealing with the system easier in the future. To A&A, Anthony is a tremendous ambassador. To everyone else, use this company.
