I reached out to Antonio’s Plumbers LLC on a typical Monday. Their technician, Geoffrey, was able to come out that same day to evaluate the problem. It turned out we needed a new water heater. By the following day, we had a brand-new water heater installed. The service was professional, and Geoffrey was very polite from start to finish. I give Antonio’s Plumbers LLC a five-star rating! I would recommend them to anyone in Richardson and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. A big thank you for their great service!

I contacted this company due to a leak my tenants reported in the wee hours of the night. The individual I conversed with, let’s call him Ross, was entirely unhelpful. He immediately attempted to explain to me over the phone what I needed to do to rectify the problem. I followed his instructions, but the problem persisted. They could have come over to handle the issue, but instead they chose to provide me with unclear instructions for what turned out to be a complex repair. I certainly won’t be endorsing them nor will I consider using their plumbing services in the future.

appalling service from this company. they called and informed us they would be late (how often does that happen?), and when geoffrey arrived, he took forever to get started. he was supposed to install our new garbage disposal and replace a cartridge in our shower control knob. both tasks were not completed even after an hour, and he left both areas in a complete mess. geoffrey handed over the invoice, processed my card, and left hastily – leaving us, another frustrated customer, to wonder ‘who was that inefficient plumber!’ (apologies, couldn’t help myself). in all seriousness, we would never engage their services again! terrible job, geoffrey, terrible job!

Despite hearing good things about this company, I was severely disappointed when I was in need. I had a poor experience with Earl – communication was lacking, he was rude and inefficient and couldn’t get the job done. This company was also overpriced. I won’t be using their services again and I advise against anyone who needs a plumber to contact them.

This company is the last plumbing service I’d ever consider using. They are consistently dreadful and can never manage to come out within a few days of calling, their rates are outrageous. Geoffrey took forever to identify the problem, provide a quote, and then repair it. I reckon he was here for well over 45 minutes. Terrible service as always!
