When we called for a plugged drain, they gave us a two-hour window and came in the first twenty minutes. Woody and Paul were nice to my kids and wore shoe covers. They finished the job in less than an hour and gave us some good tips for other parts of our house. Even though we have used Queens Plumbing before, they still amaze us. They will be used forever! We appreciate how quickly, well, and professionally you do your work.

Woody and Paul are Fantastic! I called the White Settlement city to report a water leak at my meter, which they claimed originated from my side of the meter. I needed a plumber. About 1.5 hours after I called, They arrived, looked everything over, and gave me my best and worst case scenarios. I wished for the best and instructed them to pursue my case. They discovered that the leak was on the city side of the meter after about thirty minutes. I was relieved right away because the city had been dragging their feet for three days before sending someone to check the leak and inform me that it was my fault.Paul gave the city water department a call to let them know that, in reality, it was their problem and not mine. Woody and Paul performed an AMAZING JOB! I received some amount anyway. Bill, let me reassure you that I will be paying the city back for their negligence. Thank you so much for your timely and honest service, Woody and Paul and Queens Plumbing! I would strongly advise anyone in need of a reliable plumber to contact this company!

Excellent company. My water heater needs immediate replacement. Woody and Paul arrived at 8:30 a.m., described the problem and why, and solved it in a few hours. Everything was detailed and priced fairly. Not unexpected. When they were here, I joined their Otter Club, which saved me a lot of money today. My two major plumbing issues have been resolved by them, and I’m pleased.

Quality, value, and service: 5 stars for Woody and Queens Plumbing! “Dalinda” the phone representative was also very friendly and accommodating. Woody visited my rental home to remedy a laundry room water leak. He called to say he was on his way. He arrived as promised. He professionally and politely explained how to fix the issue. He gave us a fair quote and explained all our alternatives. My family and friends would hear about Queens Plumbing. No plumber’s crack was seen. Much appreciated. 😃
