We have used this company for quite a few years now-first was for an emergency when we could find nobody else. We find them a bit expensive but we get what we pay for: they are polite, prompt, friendly, accurate, and very reliable. These things are not easily found these days and we are happy to give them our money for their fantastic service

Called at 8 am because the cold water in the shower wasn’t working and the shower was dripping uncontrollably. 3 hours later, it was fixed and we’re back to life as usual. The plumber who came to fix it was fantastic. Incredibly nice, took the time to explain everything, and made sure to demonstrate that the problem was resolved. Seriously, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Very very grateful to have this resolved so quickly! We have a few other things around the house that need to get fixed up. No need to look for a plumber, I know exactly who we’ll use.

Do NOT use this company! They are incredibly unethical and difficult company to work with. They fraudulently charge for services and or products that were not provided. They also charge to provide a quote, including travel time to and from their office. Beware before contacting this company. Use another plumber!

We have been a long time standing customer of theirs for many years.We have qiven this place alot of business and I mean alot .We had an issue with low hot water pressure in the kitchen sink so we called them and Jack came. He was at our house for about 5 min . Nothing was wrong with the faucet or the hot water. The hose was kinked underneath the sink .A basket with cleaning supplies was pressing up against it. That was it. We were charged 160.00 for that visit. IM SORRY BUT THATS RIDICULOUS AND THATS NO WAY TO TREAT A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. UNBELIEVEABLE!. ARE YOU THAT GREEDY ? And if you read other reviews about this business notice how the owner only makes comments to the customers who leave great reviews but says nothing to any of the unhappy customers that have left poor reviews. What a shame! Additional update and added review of this business. Still waiting for over a year now for a replacement of our outdoor faucet to be sent to us that the owner told us would be replaced because the technician they had sent to install the one we already had stripped the pipe . The faucet was brand new and cost a couple hundred dollars. The owner doesnt care and doesnt hold himself accountable whatsoever and doesnt keep his word . This company will rip you off .

After they diagnosed my lack of hot water problem and based on their recommendation I spent a lot of money to have them replace valves on my boiler. It didn’t fix the issue, and they said tough luck with no recourse.

Can I get a call back please? You have my number I’ve left 3 voicemails over the past 2 weeks. Since you can’t return my call I don’t know how else to contact you so that’s why I’m here in hopes someone can get back to me. I would like to know about your warranty on your work. I hired you to fix a leak. Still never fully resolved but I paid you and now I can’t get a phone call back. Can someone just call me please?

They charge for commute mileage, a truck fee, and the time it took them to drive 7 miles to our place (apparently equal to an additional billable hour at the rate of $160, according to our bill). These additional charges were not mentioned up front and made something that should’ve been $200 to almost $600. I called the office to ask about these additional charges and was told I’d receive a call back. I didn’t and had to follow-up again a week later.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I bought my house 4 years ago and for the past 2 years had water coming into my garage through a drain and through the floor where it meets the wall in my finished basement. Last year I had 2 different companies come out to diagnose why the drain was spewing water (enough to spit out 1.5 feet of water throughout my garage). The guy from the “drain cleaning” company had no idea what the drain was and then charged me $325 to clean it. To no avail. The other guy told me I needed their $15K “system” which meant catching the water in trenches they installed along the periphery of the garage. When I asked how that would help as the water was coming up through the drain in the MIDDLE of the floor, he couldn’t answer the question. He also had no idea what the drain was. I used Richard P Waltz for a small job last year and was happy with them so I brought them in. In 5 minutes they told me that the drain was the Master drain, diagnosed the problem and within days came in to do the necessary repairs. The whole team there from scheduling to delivery was amazing and professional. I couldn’t be happier.
