Johnny was great and very helpful and professional. He was able to come out the same day on short notice. I would highly recommend them for all your septic related needs. They are extremely busy and need to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

If I could put 0 stars I would!! Horrible company made me lose a work day and never showed up nor answered their phone. They showed up the next day after I had already contacted another business to show up and started digging up the septic tank when I had already cancelled with them since they never showed up!!! They then covered it up and left the job horribly done because I told them I had someone else already on their way to do it since they never showed up yesterday and I had cancelled on them. They were overall very rude and impossible to get ahold of their phone always go to voicemail and they just set and appointment for you and never show up!!

I really only have great things to say of this business. John was very helpful and professional! He got his employees here very fast and they all went above and beyond fantastic customer service! Thanx Ernies! Its reassuring that you have been in business many years, and your customer service is still the best!

This company supposedly inspected and certified out septic 2 years ago. We just had another company come out to find our tanks had no lids this company put whatever they could find “pots, baking sheets, etc” over the top of the tanks to certify it. They were supposed to pump it 2 years ago and we were just told ours hasn’t been pumped in 15-20 years…they have on our paper work it’s 1000 gallons, we were just told it’s 2000. I do not recommend them at all, they obviously don’t do what they say.

Ernie’s Septic Service pumped out our septic tank. Their service men were efficient , and offered some suggestions on how to maintain our system. The business owner contacted us by text to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I recommend doing business with Ernie”s Septic Service.

Johnny and the other guy ( forgot to ask his name) came and I feel like I won the septic tank lottery. They came on time , located and dug out the lids, saved my plants, pumped, reset the stepping stones,filled and raked the area ,and put salt around the lids. to discourage roots. They were fast and efficient
