Thank you Express Septic for excellent service today. Tim and Josh came out to do a site inspection and help locate the tank. They arrived on time and went right to work. They quickly located the tank, completed the inspection, and answered all of my questions.

Randy who answered the phone when I called was as friendly and knowledgeable as they come! He really made me feel like family with the urgency of taking care of my situation and providing some advice on separate issues. They are underpriced, they don’t believe in price gouging the customer and that means alot in this day and age! He even called to follow up after the service was complete. I won’t ever use anyone else but these guys! 10 stars if I could!

We’ve lived here for 18 years and have used two other septic service companies during that time. This time, I was ready for a change. After reading Google reviews as well as recommendations posted on our town’s local “neighbors” FB page, I gave Express Septic Services a call yesterday afternoon. I explained to Delpha what our concerns were, and she took the time to tell me what could/should be done. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. (In today’s age, it’s amazing how far courtesy goes!!!) This morning, Isaac came out and pumped the septic system, inspected it, and did a high-pressure test of the drainage pipe from the house to ensure there wasn’t any clog in the system. He took the time to explain things to my husband, and he gave us much more information about our system’s setup than we had ever received before. We highly recommend Express Septic. Every step of the process was flawless. The company itself is run with care for their customers: –Its prices are reasonable –Its personnel are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional –And, it was a real pleasure dealing with this firm. We will *definitely* use this company in the future and without reservation can highly recommend them to others.

Thank you Express Septic Service! We appreciate Delpha’s help when we called to schedule a maintenance appointment. We are new to owning a home on a septic system and Delpha patiently answered our many questions. Thank you also to Dayton who came out to pump the tank. He was kind and professional and explained the process as he proceeded. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. We highly recommend Express Septic.

The service was impeccable. I called because my septic alarm went off. They had two men out by the next morning. Everyone was friendly (from the phone call to the techs), patient, VERY knowledgeable and efficient. I thought they went over and beyond with customer care and answered my questions with out rushing and in a way I could understand. 5 stars all the way!!!
