Ron came by this to look at our hot water heater and other issues we have related to our shower in our new house. He checked everything and offered suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He’s coming back to route some piping to an additional lavatory we want installed. He said it would be a little tough but was sure he could get it done. Appreciate his willingness to work with us!

Ron came to the house today to replace an old faucet In an old house Where nothing is ever easy Of course there was an unexpected problem but he came up with a solution right away he was fast, efficient And nice . Charged us a very reasonable price for all his time and effort He is worth a cool million would recommend him to anyone who will listen.

After not hearing back from another plumber after a few weeks, I contacted Ron. I left a VM, he contacted me back promptly & directly. I was trying to schedule some work just before the Christmas holiday. He said he’d try to get to me on Tuesday. He called me on Monday to say he couldn’t make it & we rescheduled to Thursday. I get it – stuff happens. But there’s nothing like COMMUNICATION to help smooth the bumps! After lots of non-communication from others, this was much appreciated. Oakley was the name of the employee to helped me out. He came to my Port Orange property and replaced the toilet, replaced garbage disposer & fixed a tub spout. He was on time, communicative & friendly. He completed the work in what I’d consider a timely manner & was on his way. Thanks Ron & Oakley for great experience.

I cannot saw enough about Certified, I came home to a flood and not knowing what to do. I called and Ron helped me as much as he could, he came right over and fixed the problem. Hot water heater busted on the bottom. They got a new one in right away!!!!!!! Thanks so much
