I got multiple quotes for a job of repairing part of my irrigation that was leaking (PVC T junction) plus fixing a shut off valve (required cutting coper and adding a new valve due to how the old one was broken.) While a bit pricy, I am very happy with the work. The other quotes where honestly a little lower, but I liked the professionalism of the technicians that United sent out compared to others and gave them the business.

Very prompt at responding when I first inquired about the work needed. Great work and reasonable price compare to the market. Nice of them to offer free inspection of pipe leakage, but I have family matters, so skipped it and couldn’t comment on that.

United Plumbing Is a great company to go through for new water heater replacement. Called company and Rhea came out for free estimate. She gave me what I felt was a good deal especially for the water heater I really wanted the Bradford White. Service technician Serg came early next day by himself and replaced my old water heater with new one … he did a wonderful job and had it all done within 3 hours. I went through a few South Bay Companies but felt United Plumbing gave me the best deal after crunching the numbers. Was gonna try to just buy my own and install it but heard to many bad stories with the out the box heaters you buy at Lowe’s and Home Depot … I wanted the best quality heater for my dollar which was the Bradford White ! … I strongly recommend United Plumbing they are quick about getting your water service up and going again and if you catch them early enough they could have it done within the same day !! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Definitely a 5 star company. I needed to replace my water heater and I called several companies to get quotes. United Plumbing & Water Heaters was professional from beginning to end. Igor came out and provided all the information I requested. The office staff was prompt and professional. They made sure that my initial appointment was on-time and the required permit paperwork was complete. Igor and his helper did great work. They were punctual, thorough, and customer service oriented. Right from getting the quote to scheduling the installation of my broken water heater, the experience interacting with United Plumbing Staff (quote provider, installer) was top-notch quality. Yaro did the installation and he was professional, took his time and did not rush. He even had to go and exchange the water heater as the one in the box was slightly dented at the top.
