Great experience today with having a hot water heater installed by O’Bryan Plumbing’s employee Cri. Professional and personable as well. Let me know what to expect every step of the way. Protected my home and cleaned up after the installation. He gave very thorough description of different parts of water tank!! Would use this company again.

Quick update 2: Aaron was back to take care of an outdoor shutoff valve that was completely knackered, a tub/shower diverter that was putting in only half the effort, and a guest shower that didn’t run hot water at all. In summary: he nailed all three issues with efficiency, aplomb, and friendliness. Can I get a “woot woot”? YEAH! Thanks Aaron and O’Bryan! Quick update: I’ve stuck with O’Bryan for years now and yesterday’s inspection experience and quick fix of a slow drain shows why: quality work done fast and in a friendly manner,

Mark was excellent and provided top level – 5 star service. He had to replace an outside hose bib that broke off. He was professional and answered all my questions. He took his time and made sure the job met my satisfaction. He even took time to check out the rest of my house plumbing to ensure no other items require repairs.
