Quick, professional response. James was very polite and helpful. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and what will at some time in the future need to be done to keep the furnace running well. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

James was very professional, he answered my emergency call to get my heat working again and fixed my issue in a few hours. He also was very thorough and found a small gas leak that I didn’t know I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

James is a very knowledgable plumber, who uses creative approaches to solve difficult problems. My main criticism is that he apparently takes on more jobs than he can handle alone, and has difficulty fulfilling his promises to complete a job on time. His fees are very reasonable compared to most other plumbers, and I would recommend him if only he can solve his problem of getting the job done by arriving on time and thoroughly cleaning up upon completion. Also, it is important that furnishings in adjacent areas be covered before work is done, because we spent a day cleaning up dust and debris after James had left.

Contracted to install 3 Mini-split A/C units. Installation went fairly well. James is pleasant to deal with however there were multiple issues. The job took several months despite the fact we booked the job in March. We made the mistake of paying him the final payment after the condenser was installed as he promised it would only take a short period to finish. Well he never finished repairing/painting the walls. We never received any warranty information or instruction manuals. Very disappointed as he now dodges our calls. Not likely we would recommend him.
