A great big shout out to Nick Smiley. This young man should be employee of the Month. I called with a plumbing problem regarding the floor drain in my basement. He scoped the drain, didn’t see a problem, then he looked to see what else it could be and after talking it out with me, he took apart the washer sink drain and found the problem. He hung around to be sure everything was working correctly and gave me two things that I can definitely do today and I the future to keep my drains free and clear and working their best. Oh ya, I was super lucky because from the time I called to the time Nick showed up it was less than an hour!!!
