Joshua was very professional and explained everything in detail so that I understood what he was doing which was reassuring and very helpful. He was very thorough in his assessment and was able to solve the problem. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, patient, kind and honest. Thank you so much for your assistance in unclogging my basement drain, bathtub drain and also simply tightening the bolts on the base of one of my toilets when that was all that was necessary. We chose Cuccaro Plumbing to add shower and remodel bathroom in basement. They also added shelving in laundry room, updating plumbing, electrical and paint. Doug, who did most of the work was great! But, each person involved, including Ken Cuccaro, was respectful and responsive. Overall, We are very pleased with the completed project.
