I cannot say enough positive things about the two technicians I worked with today from Rooter Hero Plumbing: Carlos Valenzuela and Alex Olivas. I had a slow draining sink in my kitchen and called Rooter Hero Plumbing of Phoenix for a second opinion. Not only did they send Carlos right away, he was so polite, friendly, professional, and caring that we get the problem properly solved correctly the first time. A drain snake was run through our kitchen clean out drain to see if that would open up the bogged down line and when it wouldn’t go through the blockage it turned out our almost 40 year old home needed a water jetting procedure. Alex (the water jetter) came to the rescue with his equipment. Within a few hours of the diagnosis, Alex came and gave our home essentially a colonoscopy…with a camera inspection to verify the clogged line was open and clean. We had this all completed in one day. My days off are so valuable and my time is precious and the fact they could complete this on the same day was awesome. We found Rooter Hero of Phoenix on Google and would recommend them and will definitely use them for any future plumbing concerns.

Rudy could not have been more prompt, professional and informative. Within under 1 hour of calling, Rudy was at our home and fixed the issue in our upstairs shower. Without a doubt would use this company again and be so lucky to have Rudy be the Technician. Excellent, wonderful job through and through. A+++++

Great customer service from Rooter Hero Plumbing!!! Matthew Nussman was such a great and helpful on what we need to get done! I would recommend him again if we need more work done!
