BEWARE!! Maintenance man came out and recommended over $6000 of work on my AC unit. Got a second opinion and was told that our units were running perfectly and definitely did NOT need the work that George Brazil quoted. I believe George Brazil is preying on elderly clients. Stay away from George Brazil.

If I could give a “0”… I would. I had a representative come out to give an estimate to install a line for an icemaker. I pointed out to the gentleman that my bathroom waterline was directly behind the wall where the refrigerator sits and asked if he could tap off that line and fish through the wall. Yes, but he wanted to look underneath the house as well (manufactured home). He came back to me with a $1700 estimate IF I wanted to sign up for an annual service agreement fir another $300. That was the “discounted price”. I questioned him on that when I knew that materials would be no more than $50-$100 dollars. He tried to tell me it would take 2 men 4 hours for a total of 8 hours in labor. He told me it was a “labor intensive job… and he would have to cut some drywall! Wow! He told me whether they went under the house or tapped off the line less than 3 feet away, the price was the same. I am not stupid. That is both unreasonable and excessive. After that experience I will share with anyone who asks to not look to this company for fair labor costs. Beware! Get an estimate before you schedule any work and then compare. Don’t trust that you are not being taken advantage of. I ended up doing some research and completed the job by myself in one hour for $30 in parts. To say their bid was deceptive and exorbitant… an understatement. Beware!!

Alec came out to give me an estimate regarding electrical work to connect a washer/dresser. The office called to see if today was a good day for Alex to come here vs tomorrow. Which was better for me. Was told he would be here within an hour which he was. He even called when he was five minutes away which was great. I found Alec to be very professional and willing to answer all my questions in a courteous manner. I was impressed with his knowledge regarding the wiring in and out of the electrical box, and he was extremely great explaining everything to me. I will rate Alec a ten because he just did not give me a cut and dry estimate. The estimate details went above and beyond what would be expected. Very detailed and easily understood. There are a few things on my end that I need to figure out plus the plumber will be here tomorrow to explain what needs to me done there and hopefully by the end of the week I will give the okay to start the work.

We are customers of both George Brazil Electrical and Plumbing, we just had an inspection done for the first time since buying the home a few years ago for the plumbing, well some concerns were found, as in line with George Brazil, our plumber Joey was awesome. He explained all the concerns and gave a great breakdown of the costs associated and the pro’s and cons of doing each part separately. He was very knowledgeable but he took the time to explain in terms that were understandable to a non pro plumber. He was not pushy nor did he make it sound like we needed all new plumbing or we would lose everything. The work Joey did it the blistering heat was top notch, works perfectly and looks great. We truly appreciate his personable demeanor, professionalism and dedication to doing a great job. Thank you Joey!
