I heartily endorse this business! Nathan and Kian were on time, and they got to work identifying the source of our high water bill—a leaky roof. Every toilet, water heater, bathtub, and irrigation system was subjected to leak tests. In about fifteen minutes, they were able to identify the issue and fix it. Additionally, Try tested the water pressure throughout the house and offered several simple fixes to prevent the issue from happening again! incredibly kind and competent. Strongly advised for anyone residing in the Euless/Grapevine region!

The preparation of my fireplace’s gas line for the installation of gas logs was expertly handled by Pflugerville Plumbing. In order for me to tie in my gas burner, they performed a good job of cutting down the nipple in the firebox and pressing a 90 and nipple onto the existing nipple. They made sure that everything was completed accurately and to my satisfaction and offered excellent customer service.

We contacted Pflugerville Plumbing when we discovered a puzzling leak in our basement. Kian promptly arrived and made an accurate diagnosis. After giving us an explanation and an estimate, he got to work right away. He had to make a hole in the wall to replace the section of pipe that was inaccessible otherwise. Kian did a fantastic job. Kian and his crew did an excellent job of rebuilding a section of our home’s sewage pipe beneath the basement floor after we experienced a backup. Maria was helpful and conscientious about setting appointments, and Nathan was prompt in answering my emails and providing clear explanations of any points I needed clarified before or after the completion of the task. In particular, they came with a snake and a camera to examine the problem, and they found that a root intrusion had obstructed and damaged the pipe. Before beginning the assignment, they gave their candid opinion and potential outcomes. After two days of labor, the damaged section of pipe was rebuilt, gravel was used to bed the pipe and backfill the hole, and the cement finish was applied to the floor. Kian and his colleagues maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout the entire project. They did a lot of explaining and showing films to demonstrate the problems they had noticed. They put down tarps to protect the floor and a door, and tidied up when they were done. They arrived promptly, as expected. Their professionalism and sense of duty impressed me. I’m hoping they’ll keep up the excellent work they’ve been doing.

Since moving into our 1940s-era house, which has created some plumbing issues, my wife and I have utilized Pflugerville Plumbing for a few different jobs. They have always been easy to work with, from making appointments quickly to showing up on time and communicating any potential delays (or even arriving early) in advance. We have had pipes redone, a new water shutoff put in, and a sink and faucet swapped out. I’ve always felt like we had all the information we needed to make judgments because they were upfront about the costs, timeline, and potential complications with any repairs. The plumbers have done all the work we’ve asked of them, and they’ve both been terrific to work with.
