While this was a frustrating day dealing with the disappointment of ordering a toilet that didn’t fit in our bathroom Cody of CokerPlumbing was extremely professional which helped ease that frustration. He calmly explained exactly what the issues were, it was clear that he actually cared and was disappointed he couldn’t overcome the issues. Being new to the area this was our first encounter with Coker plumbing and we will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber! They were extremely communicative and flexible when we had a change of schedule and again they genuinely seemed to care which made a disappointing day a little bit better!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Not returning phone calls, text messages and scheduling appointments they don’t show up for and you don’t get any kind of phone call explaining why. Totally dropped the ball. Do not use this business. The great grandson is now running the business his great-grandfather would be very disappointed
