Our tenants recently called to inform us that they were left a notice from the Texas Water Bureau stating they had excessive water usage. Being out of town I searched Google and called several plumbing companies and was impressed with the response, knowledge, and professionalism of Arrowhead Plumbing. They were able to fit a new line replacement and coordinate with our tenants. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend.

I had a leak in one of my bathrooms and decided to look for a plumber in the area to check it out. After searching on Google, I decided to go with Arrowhead Plumbing company and thank goodness I did. My plumber, was professional, courteous and finished the work fast! I highly recommend them!

Arrowhead Plumbing is the most professional, timely and considerate plumber ever. Cleans up after work when there is not even a mess made, always on time, very reasonably priced and really transparent and honest. Would never use anyone else. We will always recommend them.

My family and I have benefited much from John Arrowhead Plumbing! When we required a new water softener and pressure gauge, my father advised me to contact him. He was fair and honest, and he made us feel like we were part of the process. He also answered the phone and assisted us in resolving an outdoor plumbing issue that the city ultimately had to resolve. I appreciate that he also works with aspiring or new plumbers. Arrowhead Plumbing will always be our first choice!

I called Arrowhead Plumbing to fix my pipe leaking, but they send the 3rd party for this job and did not tell me in advance. I don’t like the surprise and charge is high.

We were highly impressed with the plumbing services provided by Arrowhead Plumbing. The technicians were highly knowledgeable, extremely competent and reasonably priced. Not only did they address our issue with a successful resolution but instructed us on what to do, to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend this company to all whom would benefit from the plumbing services they offer. Awesome!!

Man, I’m so glad I called these guys! My upstairs plumbing leaked into my downstairs living room. We called them and they got right to it! Yes, you could get a cheaper plumber. Probably. But if you do not want to reopen walls and you want to be sure of the repair, call Arrowhead Plumbing and ask for Shann and Mike! What a great team they were! Clean, efficient and trustworthy. Professionalism all throughout the process. I will highly recommend to my personal family and my customers too.

I’m not one to write a review, but I just had the unfortunate experience of having Arrowhead Plumbing work on a plumbing issue. First of all, be aware that there is a $200 service fee. This is double to triple the cost compared to other competitors, but I had an active leak on a Sunday afternoon and, to their credit, this information is provided up front, so I grudgingly decided to accept. I also don’t mind paying a little extra supporting local small businesses. Nate, the representative that received my call, patiently listened to my issue and earns nothing but top marks. It is due to his attentiveness and customer service that I set up an appointment. However, the actual repair itself is the reason why I felt the need to post this. Showed up over an hour late due to justification that previous job was running long.The only work that was done was the reattachment of a P-trap underneath a utility sink. No new parts included in the repair. This was done by hand and took all of 5 minutes. For this work, the quoted charge was $125. If you think this is fair value for services rendered, than please feel free to use this company for your needs. Again, due to the active leak, I accepted. The worst part of the experience was that at the time of payment, I was told the total cost was $450. $200 service charge + $125 repair = $325. When I disputed this, I was told, oh not $450, but actually $375, because the service call is $250 due to an after hours surcharge. I explained that at the time of making the appointment, I was assured that the cost is $200 regardless of date or time. So, finally after confirming it with their dispatcher, it was agreed that it was $325. I was not provided a physical or electronic invoice or would upload it here for additional documentation. I have other more extensive plumbing projects around the home that I am looking to have done, but nothing from this experience would want me to contact Arrowhead Plumbing again. For example, occasionally the water is discolored from my kitchen sink. When I inquired about what this would cost to fix, I was suggested a GE Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System. I was told that a customer recently canceled their order so he was able to offer a “great” price at $450. This system sells for $199 at Home Depot. Installation was quoted at $500. For a total of $950. Come to your own conclusions on the value of this. No website. No physical location at identified address of 4027 Hillhouse Rd, Pearland, TX 77584. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The more investigating I performed, the more I am considering contacting the Texas Attorney General as I would hope to save other consumers that are in crisis from being subjected to what I experienced. I contacted the company to express my extreme dissatisfaction and was told that my complaint would be submitted for management review. I will update this post if there is some attempt to reconcile this situation. P.S. Please note how there are only 5 or 1 star reviews. All the 5 star reviews discuss generalities of the positive experience they had. All of the positive reviewers with more than 1 review posted all of their reviews on the same date. The two 1 star reviews identify the specific services and costs. Keep that in mind when considering hiring this company with your hard-earned money.

Charged $3,000 to diagnose water leak and run 2 pex water lines 25ft or so plus 4 shark bite fittings, technicians total hrs on job were 15-17, decided to run 2 new lines instead of just the one that was leaking while we were at it side by side and for that line they charged $700

I’ve only been a homeowner for about 3 years, wish I had known about Arrowhead Plumbing prior to today! Their service is simply unmatched, they fix my problem in one day. They did not waste time thinking about how to order a part. They did not have to call and see if something match something else. They came to my house yanked out the thing that was broken and brought back a new unbroken thing and installed said thing. The job was done quick and the plumber was courteous, taking off his shoes before entering without being asked! Arrowhead Plumbing operates with attention to detail, these people are the real deal!
