Nick was great. He located the issue right away, replaced the valve and done! This was the first time we’ve used 1-Tom and glad we found them. Nathan returned my call within an hour and we scheduled Nick to come out first thing the next day. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

I called first thing Monday morning and was so relieved that they could make time for my plugged up sink. Josh and Nick were right on time. After a few minutes of evaluation they went right to work. They had everything they needed and were very professional in how they proceeded. When they were done, everything was reconnected, clean and working great.
