Well they did complete the repipe in one day. After that their service was horrible. It took them a week to send someone to patch the walls. That guy didn’t finish and it took another few days to send a different guy. That guy busted the service line to my water heater while patching. I called Jim he refused to send a plumber. I had to hire a plumber to fix the service line after my entire garage was flooded. Had to rent dryers to dry out the garage. I have outdoor carpet in the garage. If that wasn’t enough the water leak damaged my water heater that was only 6 months old. I had to replace the water heater. And just recently the copper line used to supply the circulation pump failed. I called the company no response. Vm full. Apparently they are out of business. Not surprised to be honest. I’m sure these scumbags will resurface as some other company.

No sense in writing a long review. Won’t do me or you any good. As of January 31st 2022 California Repipe filed for bankruptcy and are no longer in business. I found this out after texts and voicemail to Shane went unanswered. Once I called the office a recording came on stating they had to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and uou were given a referral to a trustee attorney that is handling their accounts. So much for their warranty. Any issueissue I had that would’ve been covered under the warranty. Instead I had to shell out $1,000 to another plumber to fix. So now I have to file a claim and wait in line with the rest of their debtors hoping I can be reimbursed. I won’t hold my breath.

Never provide the estimate for a complete repipe. It’s been 2.5 weeks already. Didn’t pick up the phone, do not return voicemails.

Do not use this company, it is a complete waste of time, Mike pulled a no call no show 2x, his excuses: no one is perfect, stuff happens all the time, great business model! 1st NCNS – Completely forgot our appointment. 2nd NCNS – keep changing appointment time and at the end, no-show. No decency to make a simple/text? Hours of waiting and taking time off from work for NOTHING. Again, if you’re looking for someone to repair your pipes do not use this company. With such horrible practice, surprisingly they are still in business

Pros; Hard working dedicated crew works quickly. Patch repair crew excellent. Cons; Dented new washer and dryer lids by standing on them; installed recirculating pump incorrectly requiring revisit to fix; poor communication from management regarding issues encountered; did not validate warranty with a signature; worksite cleanup dumped debris in lawn including screws, solder debris, etc.; did not insulate all hot water lines as necessary requiring revisit.

Had to have some re-piping done in my house. I found them extremely professional and quick to do the job. They did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was put back the way they found it. I found the pricing affordable for the work I needed to have done. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if needed.

The team came out and got to work! They were clean and professional with minimal inconvenience to my tenants. They did a repipe and replaced the sewage lines. Big job, done well. I highly recommend California repipe specialists.

Great place to work for
