Thank you , Chad and Tanner did an awesome job. They resolved the issue they were called out for and investigated our low water pressure. They found a bad pressure restrictor that the water company came out and repaired the same day. Thank you Roto Rooter

Had a clogged shower drain. Called on a Saturday at 9:00 am. They were here within an hour and a half and got it fixed. very professional very quick and got the job done at a reasonable price.

These guys have knocked it out of the park, not once but twice!! First issue was some wax rings not sealing on a couple of toilets and just today they fixed a hose bib and installed a pressure regulator for our house! 10/10 would recommend! I did feel bad tho because initially we thought our water lines were only 6-10 inches buried, but upon digging and looking they were right at 36inches, so I do apologize to the young man who had to dig the hole, but can’t thank them enough for the work!

There are plumbing issues….then there are PLUMBING ISSUES! This was Defcon1, so to speak. All 3 toilets in the house stopped up, major mess, some overflow, starting to get on the floor. I tried an independent plumber who tried but failed to clear it and said we needed a $1200 “digging job.” Roto Rooter came after hours and checked it out. They disagreed that it needed something done to the line and had it fixed in 1 hour. No problems. No digging! Justin was the plumber who helped us. We are grateful and highly recommend Roto Rooter over any other plumber. It does cost more, but it’s worth it!

This place saved us!! We had plumbing issues during the cold snap. The staff that came to our home were respectful, knowledgeable and determined to get our situation fixed no matter what. I will never use another company for my plumbing needs. Absolutely fantastic!

Not sure this will post with 0 stars. But that’s what’s deserved after how I’ve been treated today. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Not to mention how rude Betty – specifically Betty – is on the phone. She’s dismissive and will not let you speak and when she is done she will hang up even if you are still talking. I was called at 7am and told we were first in line and that they would be here around 8-8:30. I was on my way out the door to work and had to call out. I called them at 9:30 and was told “sorry you’re second in line is what we meant”. No time update. I called at 1:15 and just now at 3:40. Still no one has showed up. “We’ve had emergencies and we will try to get you today”. I can’t take another day off work at the drop of a hat for you to not show up. And Betty has hung up on me while I was talking every single time I have called. But I was told “we give you a courtesy call about 10 minutes from when we will be there – we don’t expect you to sit and wait around”. Well that’s great if you don’t work 30 minutes away. I will never use these people again. And I will actively recommend against them. I understand emergencies happen. But the hateful attitudes and lack of communication are unacceptable. Just because I live in a small town doesn’t mean I don’t deserve to be treated better. Believe it or not you are not the only option. If I wasn’t so treated so rudely and dismissed by Betty every time I was on the phone, then I may feel differently. But that’s not what happened. She acted like I was so inconsiderate calling for an update. It’s inconsiderate assuming I can take off work a whole day without penalty while you don’t come to keep up your end of the agreement. And if I dare to call, you hang up on me while I am talking and explaining why I can’t wait on you with no end in sight. Update: it is now 12:24pm on the day after all of the above happened and I have not heard from them. At all. They didn’t get to me on the day I was told they would be there at 8am (yesterday). We cannot shower. We are going out of town soon. All of which I tried to tell Betty yesterday. But she talked over me and hung up on me so I doubt that she heard it. I cannot emphasize enough not to use this company.
