I’ve used Plumbing Services prior and needed my washing machine drain unclogged. Spoke to a nice lady on the phone, scheduled me for the next day. Brian was quick and courteous. Glad it was fixed and affordable. I’ll continue to use this company, great service.

Their prices are highly outrageous, I disputed an invoice where 2 men had to be sent to fix a toilet which is not my fault, shouldn’t be charged for 2 men labor because of the design of my toilet. The labor cost is high already and trying to charge me double is not the way to do a fair business. I should only be charged hourly. After disputing the invoice owner agrees for me to pay only for one man labor, invoice was paid and taken care of. Now I’m having an issue with a water heater which they installed a year ago and they refuse to give me service because they had a hard time getting paid. I did pay it, it’s not like I didn’t pay it, it took a couple of weeks disputing with the owner but did pay it! this is not good business. Shame on this company installing a water heater for $1600 and not wanting to service it. There are other good plumbing around here, I will use other companies and this will not be recommended to any of my friends and will complain to BBB as well. I’m a business owner as well and this is not how I treat my customers, no business should treat companies like that! Very disappointed!

These folks are the best! They were out at my house within the hour and got me squared away. They went above and beyond to take care of me. The parts needed couldn’t be found, so they bought a unit that had the parts that were need. The kicker here, they only charged me for the part that I needed! Top-notch service at very reasonable prices. I’ve worked with various plumbers for various reasons over the years – Jimmy and his team are the best, highly recommended.
