Needed a pressure reduction valve put in to reduce the high water pressure coming into my home. Caleb called me at just before noon and showed up as promised, on time. He took less than 10 minutes to get me an estimate, which was much lower than others i contacted. He told me excactly how long it would take and he didnt kept to his word. He was VERY professional, answered all my questions, explained everything. Highly recommend this group, and particularly Caleb. Great service.

I called them and they came out within two hours and fixed the problem. The cheapest place around and do good work. Will be my go to for my plumbing work from now on.

Was very quick to solve our problem, a pipe burst under our home, although there wasn’t a tech available at the time, Kevin came out to assess the problem then decided to handle it himself, he left went to get some hardware and before we knew it there was a knock on our door, and he said “ALL DONE”

This company is PROFESSIONAL and customer service oriented! Their website was easy to navigate and I had a leak in an outdoor pipe near the front door which was a hazard. Once I read their services met my needs I contacted them by phone. I called during my lunch hour and received a call back within 15 minutes (I had left messages with 2 other companies and 1 called me back 3 hours later and the other has yet to call me back) and though they were an hour away they arrived in 45 minutes. Devon had everything needed (neatly organized I might add) in his truck and went right to work. About 40 minutes later he explained to me that it would be necessary to replace the line as it had cracked and would be using pex vs pvc to ensure that would not happen again. He also needed to replace the brass fitting because it had also cracked. When he was done with the work, he went over it with me and reviewed and explained each of the new parts and pieces and whys, instead of just handing me the bill. I HIGHLY recommend this company! We called at 730am and they Responded immediately. Was over to the house within 2 hours. Accessed the issue quickly. Did the repair and was out within 2 hours time as well.

Our water heater went out unexpected and we contacted Pinnacle. They came and accessed within 2 hours of us calling!! Gave us a very reasonable quote and we had hot water again that day!! They were very professional and friendly. Thanks again for a great experience.
