As the country artist Zac Brown says in his popular song Chicken Fried, “There’s no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I’ve come to know.” Along with many other qualities like excellent service, professionalism, complete command and knowledge of his product, yes, and piece of mind is what you’ll receive when you do business with Jeorge of Mr. Poop Lift Pump. By the way, he answered his phone on Sunday when he was out of town at a family event. He scheduled our appointment on the spot for the next day and arrived an hour early. He made everything simple and easy for me to understand and had all of the parts and tools needed for my repair on his truck. My lift station had an old pump and bottom float that had seen its better days and couldn’t be restored to good working condition. Jorge installed a new pump and float and had us back in business in no time! If you want someone that you can trust and depend on, Mr. Poop will be the ONLY CALL that you’ll make. If you need someone who can and will come to you quick, give you an HONEST assessment and an even BETTER price, this is your company! The wait for an appointment for the work to start is almost non-existent as well! Most people don’t trust most service workers because of inflated prices and dishonest diagnostics of your situation. My experience with Mr. Poop (yes I know it’s funny) has been amazing! The owner is friendly and easy to talk to and again I must stress HONEST! Who can wait days and days for someone to come out for a plumbing emergency? Even if you’re not having an emergency and a very bad day, this is your company to use!!!!!

Mr. Poop was great! I called them and they came out the very next day and did a great job of making sure my septic pump works for a long time. They went above and beyond to make sure my pump won’t quit on me, putting new bolts in the lid and not even charging me for it. The owner was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be using them for interior plumbing work in the near future as well! THANK YOU

This Dad & Son duo were fast, competent and professional. Helped me resolve my issue, replaced broken parts and helped understand the reasons what caused the problem with my septic pump. Very happy with their work and will recommend to all.

I used Mr. Poop for a vacation rental unit we manage for an outside sewage meter alerting. He was able to come out and look at the issue quickly and the customer service was phenomenal. He also did a great job with keeping us in the loop with photos and the exact issue diagnosis. I would definitely recommend!
