Nate from SOS arrived at the time appointed and explained all that he was doing as he dug and identified the filter being clogged. He diligently prepared for the arrival of the pump truck. Rico and Kevin also described the process and all three gentlemen gave helpful hints about maintaining a healthy septic to avoid trouble. We can’t leave out the wonderful receptionist who set up the appointment and followup phone call to verify the appointment time. Thank you, SOS!!

2021 – Great experience with them. I set up an appointment in advance and they gave a date and a window as to when the truck would be here. The office even called to say they were running a bit late. Then the office called again that the truck was about 20 minutes away, perfect. The two guys that came, were professional, and quick. The price was fair. I will use them again in the future and recommend their service. Update June 2024 – I see you commented on this post from 3 years ago…just 2 hours ago. I’ve needed you two more times in the past three years, but you always give me a date two or three weeks away. I’ve started to call ASAP Plumbing because they get me scheduled in a day or two with great pricing also.

First and foremost these folks are honest. My wife and I are retired working class people on a fixed income. I’ve been using them for awhile with no problems. This last time however they sent out a new fellow who wasn’t familiar with the filter. It happens we have all been the new guy at times in our lives. After a month or so the things were a little slow going down. It got a little worse so I called them figuring a battle was going to be brewing. Not at all. The lady on the phone was very understanding and sent a supervisor out the next day to check it out. He dug up the tank area and inspected everything. Not an enviable thing in this heat. When he got to the filter he removed it and the fluid started moving. Gave the filter a good cleaning and everything is back to normal. No charge. No excuses trying to blame me. In this day and age with scams on the elderly these folks are a breath of fresh air. Use them. Highly recommended.

After I paid the employee for pumping out the septic tank, I walk to the area and discovered that he or the other worker cut t fiber optic line that my cable, internet, and phone uses! The employee never told me that it was cut. Also, left trash mixed in the dirt? Poor quality.

Used them before but they couldn’t do the work for 4 weeks. Busy does usually mean great service.
