They arrived to assist with unclogging a drain in less than an hour. Ceasar was competent and provided guidance on how to approach the issue going forward as well as how to troubleshoot and repair a few things on my own.

Overnight, my dishwasher started mysteriously overflowing with water. I gave Palatine Plumbing a call to make an appointment. Within the first hour of the allotted time, Ceasar stopped by. I had him go over every sink in our home after he indicated that the dishwasher wasn’t a plumbing problem. He performed an excellent job when we asked him to unclog one of the bathroom sinks. For the time being, the other sink problems’ answers were too difficult. Many thanks to Palatine Plumbing.

When Ceasar and Eloy arrived, they handled things as quickly and effectively as they could. When I called Palatine Plumbing on Sunday, they promised to send someone out the following day to fix it. Will return to Palatine Plumbing.

My initial review was below. The business contacted to apologize after seeing my rating. For around two weeks, I didn’t answer calls, yet people persisted. They inquired what they could do when they got me on the phone. I eventually agreed to a 50% reimbursement of the job’s cost. Thus, they do indeed give a damn. As a result, I would use them once more. It was excellent that they came to plug a gas pipe. However, because the pipe was in the ceiling and they made a much bigger hole than necessary, I had to locate another man to seal it up.
