Brian came out at 7:00 pm on a Sunday night and took care of my issue. I had a backed up sewer line. He’s friendly, very polite, and made sure I had peace of mind before he left. I e never had a better plumber and have referred him to family and friends.

Brian was awesome to work with! He was completely transparent about the complexity of the issue I was dealing with and helped me with my toilet for a very reasonable price. He detailed the cost and extent of what the next steps would be for a “full fix”. Its hard nowadays to find fair people who are upfront and honest with you, but Brian is definitely one of them. I highly recommend him!

Brian was called after I hired a tasker on TaskRabbit who clearly had no idea what he was doing. He was able to get my water running the day of the call, order quality freeze proof spigot not from Home Depot and come back the next afternoon to wrap up the install. He even added some seal tape to help with some dripping. Personable and fast! Thanks Brian!

We had a leaky shower head, and Brian came to take a look at it for us. He was able to figure out what the issue was, purchase the parts, and fix it on the same day. Brian came over today after a quick call, 10 minutes later, he literally showed up. It was quite embarrassing as a homeowner, but we had a major issue with the plumbing, our ejector pump Had stopped working, and we had a serious mess. Brian reviewed the situation like a total professional, came back upstairs. Let us know what we are, dealing with, and what we should expect to deal with financially. He first tried to take care of the situation without replacing any parts, but it became clear that we needed to. He kept me informed the entire time, he evenpushed back his bathroom remodel a few hours to make sure that he took care of us. This is my guy for life.

Had a shower that wasn’t putting out hot water. Brian responded promptly, fixed the shower and also replaced a part on another shower with low water pressure. He was highly professional, honest, knowledgeable, efficient and his work was neat and rate reasonable. He took his shoes before entering! Thank you, Brian – you are the best.

Brian at Home Town plumbing did an excellent repair of our leaking drain pipe. He replaced all the damaged copper pipes that had pin holes with all new pipes and fittings. He took exceptional care with his work to protect the other undamaged pipes while repairing the damage, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely consider him my “go to plumber” from now on!
