Noone will return my calls My water heater was replaced By BRADLEY & he did a great job but its under a home warranty & Noone will fill out the paper work & it’s over $900 .

Very pleased with Jackson&Sons Plumbing-Electric guys. Prompt response when called regarding power outage and then tank-less water heater issues. Cody is very professional and responsible young man. He called the company to order parts and installed them in very timely matter. Will do my plumbing and electrical business with them again. Highly recommend.

Was referred to Cody Jackson’s company in 2018 to install fixtures, dimmers, additional outlets and upgrades in our Turnberry condo in Oxford. They also installed new plumbing fixture in kitchen. Cody is very accessible and his team shows up when they say they’ll be there and they complete the job. No mess and done right. Very pleased with the reasonable cost and personal communication. We’ve had past experiences with electricians and plumbers and can honestly say we appreciate finding these guys. In short my wife and I trust them completely and have confidence in their work. Excellent company and very nice folks to know. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever!!! Son came out & decided he needed help& left & never came back – said his boss”dad” was out of town , basically they didn’t want to go under house to to the job!!! After two days of delays !!!! I went with someone else that came out & had problem fixed asap!! PS !!! You were referred to me from a friend!!! Will be sure & advise them not to do that again!!! So very disappointed !!!!

Tried to overcharge us four hours when they were only at my mom’s residence for no more than 1 hour all together over two visits. They rushed through the job the first day and had to come back to fix what they didn’t fix the first time. When I called to question the bill, the lady became very belligerent and ignorant, threatening me with sending the bill to an attorney. “You’re calling my son a liar”, is what she kept screaming at me. Well, if your son is lying mam, what else shall I call him? Lol……. My mom, my husband, three brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews were there because I was visiting from out of town, so there are plenty of witnesses who seen that they weren’t there for four hours. She was completely unprofessional. Just remember, if you want to be overcharged like CRAZY for half done work, and receive an attitude for giving them your business……. Then don’t hesitate to employ Jackson and Son Plumbing and Electric……. Where your business “is greatly appreciated!!!”
