7:10/2024 Honest Abe to the rescue again!!!!! I don’t know where they get these wonderful Techs, but we were gifted with Jacob today. We were baking in this heat. Jacob so skilled, had the problem figured out in less than 30 minutes. Let us know the problem and gave us short term and long term solutions in plain English. He gave us a temporary fix and I learned the function of fans, how they work and how they fail. For an old gal like me, that’s pretty good. We are no longer roasting, and awaiting more feedback from Honest Abe. Highly Highly recommended. <3 4/20 NICK LUPO was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and did thorough job. Gave us good advice about maintaining our HVAC system. We felt immediate results in the performance of our air conditioning and he cleaned the compressor. 3/21 Brandon is great and customer friendly. We are subscribers and he came out to check on our Dryer Connection today. This resulted in discovery that we needed to clean our piping and our piping was disconnected from the outside vent. It was wonderful discovery and we were made aware of taking some steps toward preventing an outage or major repairs. I am so pleased and would always engage Abe's. They are so professional and friendly. Not much more to wish for. 6/28/2023 Air conditioner went out. Again, love me some Nick Lupo!!! Did NOT try to sell me a new HVAC. Replaced a part instead made my life livable!!!!!!! Greatest on earth!
