My hot water on demand unit wasnt working when I got up today. I called this morning and he came over this afternoon. He checked the the ignitor, cleaned the sensors, replaced a hose and had it working again. I would definitely use Pullen’s again. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable. The lady I spoke to when I called was also wonderful.
